My name is Jennifer Hatton. I am a Red Seal Pastry Chef from Vancouver, Canada. The Dessert Diva Team works within the community of Los Cabos, Mexico, outsourcing for many top hotels, as well as providing brides with cutting edge wedding cake designs and flavors.
Our team is comprised of a fondant artist, a baking specialist, and my 20+ years experience in the pastry arts. We specialize in fantasy and themed wedding cakes, and use only the finest quality of imported ingredients from the United States, Canada, and Europe, taking the best of each market to create the perfect desserts, sweets and wedding cakes.
We like to work directly with brides so we can get a sense of their theme and unique style and reflect that in their wedding cakes.
